Return & Refund Policy
All returned goods must be accompanied by the original receipt for verification purposes. The returned goods must be in good condition, unused and in their original packaging, including the original shipping container as received.
Goods that have been used, altered, damaged or are not returned in their original condition and packaging shall not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
The costs and risk associated with returning the goods, including but not limited to shipping fees, shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of MOMMA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD, such as the delivery of incorrect or defective goods. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay to goods during the return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain proof of postage for any returned items.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods and subject to compliance with the above conditions, MOMMA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD will process refunds within five (5) working days and arrange replacements within five (5) to seven (7) working days.
