Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of orders made through MOMMA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD (“our company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms stated herein.
Scope of Delivery
- We will only process and deliver orders to valid addresses located within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak
- We do not deliver to international addresses under any circumstances
- Any orders placed with an address outside the approved delivery area may be cancelled by us, and any payments made will be refunded, subject to the our refund process
Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders received and paid for before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same business day
- Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, will be processed on the next working Monday or the following business day
- We shall not be liable for any delays arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, system disruptions or courier delays
Standard Delivery Timelines
- Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery within one (1) to five (5) business days
- Sabah and Sarawak: Estimated delivery within five (5) to seven (7) business days
- Remote or outskirt areas: May require an additional two (2) to three (3) business days
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking number to ensure timely receipt of their parcel and to avoid any unnecessary delays or additional shipping charges.
Delivery Failures and Return to Sender
- If delivery cannot be completed after three (3) attempts by the courier or if the customer fails to collect the parcel from a designated collection point within the specified time frame, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse
- Reshipment of the returned parcel will only take place after we have received the returned goods in good condition, and all associated reshipment costs shall be borne by the customer
- We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay caused by the customer’s failure to collect the parcel or provide accurate delivery information
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking number to ensure timely receipt of their parcel and to avoid any unnecessary delays or additional shipping charges.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance of delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, riots, embargoes, government regulations, strikes, labor disputes or courier service disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
- Our company liability for delivery is strictly limited to the delivery of goods to the address provided by the customer and accepted by our logistic partners
- We shall not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party courier services
- Loss or damage occurring after the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
- In the event of any claim for a failed delivery, our liability shall not exceed the total value of the goods purchased, excluding shipping fees
