[Preparation Method]

➡ Mix 1 sachet of MOMMA® Pregolact® with 120–160 ml of warm water
➡ Do not use hot or boiling water

[How To Consume]

➡ For the first 3 days: Drink once daily, preferably at night before bed
➡ Drink at least 3 liters of water per day and breastfeed or pump regularly
➡ Monitor changes in milk quantity and thickness
➡ If no noticeable improvement by Day 4, increase intake to twice a day (morning and night)
➡ Pregnant mothers: Consume once a day only
