Preparation Method
- Dissolve 1 sachet of MOMMA® Pregolact® into 120–160 ml of warm water
- Do not use hot or boiling water
How to Consume
- Take 1 time a day at night before bedtime
- Make sure to drink at least 3 liters of water daily and practice the ‘Demand & Supply’ concept
- If no noticeable changes, continue with 2 sachets per day
- Pregnant mother: Take 1-2 times a day
- Pregnant mother with GDM: Take 1 time a day only
